Auburn soccer picks up commit from top-five Texas prospect

Kendra Kates, who has started for the U.S. U16 National Team, committed to the Tigers this week.

The back line of the future has already gotten some security for Auburn soccer.

The Tigers picked up a commitment Monday from touted class of 2028 defender Kendra Kates, out of Friendswood, Texas.

Kates represented the U.S. Youth National Team overseas in Turkey earlier this year at the 2026 UEFA Development Tournament.
