A sophomore from Belgrade, Serbia, by way of Georgia Tech, Zivanovic entered this week’s men’s swimming and diving NCAA Championships with Auburn’s highest seed time as an individual.

Zivanovic enters the 100-yard breaststroke with the nation’s 11th-best time going in, at 51.10 seconds. If he can shave just a bit of that time and catch some slower competition, Zivanovic could swim his way into the national final if he has one of the eight fastest times in the preliminaries.

Zivanovich on Wednesday was part of Auburn’s 200-yard medley relay team, which at NCAAs swam for the second-fastest time in school history in 1:22.37.

Auburn’s Avery Glynn competes during the team’s meet with SMU on Feb. 21, 2026, at the Auburn University Equestrian Center in Auburn. (Bella Mauritz/AU Athletics)
